Harmony Seat (internal) vs External Seat (partners/contractors) — both uncapped.

A seat on its own grants no access — the Permission Set assigned to a user decides what they can do, portal by portal. See the Users tab for current counts.

Click a set to change its access to any portal, right down to individual modules. Saves write straight to Firestore.

Every portal this model covers. Add a new one here when you build it — every permission set immediately gets a (None) row for it.
